To Whom It May Concern:
You are hereby notified that at 5:45 PM, Central Time on October 12, 2020, at the Lenox City Hall, 200 S Main St, Lenox, IA 50851, there will be a public hearing on the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost of the project. Any persons interested may appear and file objections to the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, or cost of such improvement. The following is a description of the Public Improvement Renovation of the exterior of the Lenox Library Building. Renovations include removal of existing windows and infill panels; repair of existing masonry,; installation of new Exterior Insulation and Finish System on the south and east facades; installation of new windows; installation of new parapet coping; and painting of the west facade.
