Originally called Summit, Lenox has a rich history rooted in the expansion of the American railway. After rebounding from a devastating fire in 1884, we have continued to grow with a focus on stability and hospitality.
Today, we lead Southwest Iowa in renewable energy through our community-owned wind turbine, providing clean energy for our residents since 2003.
