Golf Memberships

DIRECTIONS: Please fill out the entire form to successfully submit your application for a Golf Membership. Once you SUBMIT your application, you will be forwarded to the City of Lenox portal to pay online.

Step 1 – Billing Info

Enter your billing info and press continue

Step 2 – Order Info

Choose “Golf Dues” and press continue

Step 3 – Payment Information

Choose “Credit Card” or “Electronic Check”. Make sure to put the TOTAL of all dues in the “Payment Amount” and press continue

Step 4 – Review & Submit

Confirm everything you entered and then “Submit Payment”
