CITY OF LENOX

A regular meeting of the Lenox City Council was called to order by Mayor Douglas on July 28, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall with the following council members answering roll call: Huffman, Hodges, Tull and Cruz; Peterson was absent. Staff present was City Clerk, Dawne Bowman and City Administrator, Allison Kitzman, with visitor, Colleen Larimer.

Cruz made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Hodges, all ayes, motion carried. Tull made a motion to approve 7/14/25 regular meeting minutes, seconded by Hodges, all ayes, motion carried. Tull made a motionto approve payment of the bills, seconded by Hodges, all ayes, motion carried.

Hodges made a motion to approve Resolution 25- 33 Setting Public Hearing for 8/11/25 at 5:45PM on Granting an Ingress/Egress and Utility Easement, seconded by Hodges, all ayes, motion carried. Kitzman stated this is for Landon Maynes and he would be responsible for the cost of $2,329.45 plus legal fees.

Tull made a motion to approve Resolution 25- 34 Changes to Lenox Drug and Alcohol Policy, seconded by Huffman, all ayes, motion carried.

Kitzman reviewed the FY25 Outstanding Obligation Report. Hodges made a motion to approve FY25 Outstanding Obligation Report, seconded by Cruz, all ayes, motion carried.

Tull made a motion to re- appoint April Wright, Vera Bradley and Dan Ricks to the Lenox Neighborhood Center Board for term of 2 years, expiring August 2027, seconded by Huffman, all ayes, motion carried.

Tull motioned to adjourn the meeting, Hodges seconded, all ayes, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:36 PM.
