CITY OF LENOX

A regular meeting of the Lenox City Council was called to order by Mayor Douglas on March 25, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall with the following council members answering roll call: Peterson, Nelson, Hodges and Cruz; Tull was absent. Staff present was City Clerk, Dawne Bowman, City Administrator, Allison Kitzman; and visitors, Colleen Larimer and Deputy Lynn.

Nelson made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Hodges, all ayes, motion carried. Nelson made a motion to approve 3/11/24 minutes, seconded by Hodges, all ayes, motion carried. Peterson made a motion to approve the payment of bills, seconded by Nelson, all ayes, motion carried.

Peterson made a motion to approve CDBG Draw Request #12 for LMU Water Project in the amount of $5,755, seconded by Cruz, all ayes, motion carried.

Peterson made a motion to approve Health Insurance Renewal, seconded by Hodges, all ayes, motion carried. Kitzman mentioned there was a 1.74% increase with our current plan through Wellmark.

Hodges made a motion to approve Dental Insurance Renewal, seconded by Nelson, all ayes, motion carried. Kitzman mentioned there was a 2% increase with our current plan through Delta Dental.

Nelson made a motion to approve City Wide Clean- Up dates for April 29th through May 5th, with paint disposal on May 4th from 9am to noon, seconded by Peterson, all ayes, motion carried.

Nelson motioned to adjourn the meeting, Peterson seconded, all ayes, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:45 PM.
