CITY OF LENOX

A regular meeting of the Lenox City Council was called to order by Mayor Douglas on August 22, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall with the following council members answering roll call: Bowman, Nelson, Tull, Zabel and Cruz. Staff present were City Administrator, Allison Kitzman and Library Director, Shari Burger. Visitors attending was Colleen Larimer.

Bowman made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Nelson, all ayes, motion carried. Bowman made a motion to approve 08/08/22 meeting minutes, seconded by Tull, all ayes, motion carried. Tull made a motion to approve the payment of bills, seconded by Nelson, all ayes, motion carried.

Tull made a motion to approve re- appointment of Rob Lundquist and Linda Hogan to Lenox Neighborhood Center Board for term of 2 years, expiring 08/2024, seconded by Zabel, all ayes, motion carried.

Library Director, Shari Burger, was present to give her annual library report.

Bowman made a motion to approve Special Event Permit for the St. Patrick Church, seconded by Nelson, all ayes, motion carried. The St. Patrick Church is celebrating their 150 years on Saturday, September 17, 2022. They will be having a firework display just north of the church starting at roughly 8:30 PM.

Cruz motioned to adjourn the meeting, Tull seconded, all ayes, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:48 P.M.
