CITY OF LENOX

A regular meeting of the Lenox City Council was called to order by Mayor Douglas on September 28, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall with the following council members answering roll call: Bowman, Brown, Tull and Cruz; Zabel was absent. Staff present was City Administrator, Allison Kitzman and City Clerk, Dawne Bowman. Colleen Larimer was also present.

Bowman made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Brown, all ayes, motion carried. Tull made a motion to approve 09/14/20 meeting minutes, seconded by Brown, all ayes, motion carried. Tull made a motion to approve the payment of the bills, seconded by Bowman, all ayes, motion carried.

Brown made a motion to approve to approve 2019- 2020 Annual Urban Renewal Report, seconded by Cruz, all ayes, motion carried.

Brown made a motion to approve Beggars Night for October 31, 2020 from 5- 8 PM, seconded by Tull, all ayes, motion carried.

Tull made a motion to approve Resolution 20- 31 Authorizing Bids for Lenox Public Library Exterior Renovations, seconded by Cruz, all ayes, motion carries.

Brown moved to adjourn the meeting, Cruz seconded, all ayes, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
