City Council Regular Meeting Minutes

A regular meeting of the Lenox City Council was called to order by Mayor Douglas on June 11, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall with the following council members answering roll call: Bowman, Custer; Ramsey and Vogel; Borland was absent. Staff present was City Administrator, Allison Kitzman and City Clerk, Dawne Bowman. Other visitor was Colleen Larimer.

Custer made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Bowman, all ayes, motion carried.

Custer made a motion to approve 5/29/18 meeting minutes, seconded by Bowman, all ayes, motion carried. Vogel made a motion to approve the payment of the bills, seconded by Ramsey, all ayes, motion carried.

Bowman made a motion to approve Special Event Permit for Ramsey's Market & Legion General Store, seconded by Custer, all ayes, Ramsey abstained. Motion carried.

Bowman made a motion to approve Cigarette/Tobacco/Nicotine/Vapor Permit for Ramsey's Market, seconded by Custer, all ayes, Ramsey abstained. Motion carried.

Custer made a motion to approve Special Event Permit for Lenox Youth Sports Club, seconded by Vogel, all ayes, motion carried.

Bowman made a motion to approve Pay Request #8 to C.L. Carroll in the amount of $321,073.58, seconded by Ramsey, all ayes, motion carried.

Vogel made a motion to approve CDBG Draw Request #9 in amount of $62,288, seconded by Ramsey, all ayes, motion carried.

Custer made a motion to approve SRF Draw Request #9 in the amount of $278,395.78, seconded by Bowman, all ayes, motion carried.

Ramsey moved to adjourn the meeting, Custer seconded, all ayes, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:37 P.M.
