CITY OF LENOX

A regular meeting of the Lenox City Council was called to order by Mayor Douglas on December 12, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall with the following council members answering roll call: Adams, Vogel, Borland and Custer; Bowman was absent. Staff present included City Administrator, Allison Kitzman, City Clerk, Dawne Bowman and City Attorney, James Varley. Other visitors were Ben French and Kevin Barker.

Adams made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Borland, all aye, motion carried. Custer made a motion to approve 11/28/16 meeting minutes, seconded by Vogel, all aye, motion carried. Custer made a motion to approve the payment of the bills, seconded by Borland, all aye, motion carried. Vogel made a motion to approve the November 2016 Clerk Treasurer Report, seconded by Adams, all aye, motion carried.

Kevin Barker was present to discuss the possible development of land on Lakeshore Drive by the Lenox Development Corporation.

There was a discussion on rental fees for the Depot. It was decided to rent the Depot for $35 with a $100 refundable deposit. This will be on the next agenda.

Due to the extension of the Housing Rehabilitation pre- applications, Custer made a motion to approve Resolution 16- 29 setting time and date of 1/9/17 at 5:45 PM for Public Hearing on CDBG Housing Grant, seconded by Vogel.

Adams moved to adjourn the meeting, Custer seconded, all ayes, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:15 P.M.
