CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
February 29, 2016 · 5:30 p.m. · City Hall
A special meeting of the Lenox City Council was called to order by Mayor Douglas on February 29, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall with the following council members answering roll call: Bowman, Adams, Vogel, Borland and Custer. Staff present was City Clerk, Dawne Bowman and other visitors was Tia Samo.
Bowman made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Vogel, all aye, motion carried.
At 5:30 PM a Public Hearing was held for the purpose of the FY 2016- 2017 Budget. There were no comments heard from the public. Custer made a motion to close the Public Hearing at 5:31 PM, seconded by Bowman, all aye, motion carried.
Custer made a motion to approve Resolution 16- 02 Approving FY 2016- 2017 Budget, seconded by Vogel, all aye, motion carried.
Adams moved to adjourn the meeting, Custer seconded, all ayes, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:35 P.M.
